Psychedelicatessen

CROME SYRCUS     Spelling may not be their forte, but Crome Syrcus are one of the best tie-dyed psych bands ever to emerge from Seattle, and thankfully, they smell nothing like Nirvana. 

CRAZY ELEPHANT       An American Bubblegum Pop band who were promoted as a group of Welsh coal miners who hadn't been seen above ground for over four years (at least according to The Mining News), making Crazy Elephant the ultimate underground band. 

CRABBY APPLETON      Named after a villainous cartoon character, Crabby Appleton had a core five-piece line-up of Los Angeles musicians who were previously known as Stonehenge. Let's Rock! 

Why pick apples?

COVEN      A veritable witches brew of spooky psychedelia, led by the spellbinding siren wail of daughter of darkness, Jinx Dawson, who is not only strikingly beautiful, but sounds like un unholy cross between Janis Joplin and Grace Slick. Be prepared for Coven's final album "Jinx" when all hell is let loose in an ungodly bloodlust orgy of heavy metal mayhem that would even have Lemmy of Motorhead reaching for the headache tablets. 

COSMOS FACTORY      A stellar Japanese band who are often compared with Pink Floyd and sometimes confused with Creedence Clearwater Revival, for obvious reasons.  

COSMIC MICHAEL      No relation to cosmic Scientologist John Travolta, who stars as "Michael", an archangel sent to Earth from Heaven, so I guess he's no longer Staying Alive. 

CORPUS     Hailing from Corpus Christi, Texas, Corpus are alive and kicking with their body of work generating almost as much excitement as Stormy Daniels' guest appearance on Saturday Night Live where she reveals all. 

THE CONTENTS ARE      A Psychedelic Rock band from the Quad Cities area, and if you know where that is, then I'm guessing you're either from one of the midwestern "flyover states" or you're a well-travelled person like Alaska governor and foreign policy expert Sarah Palin. 

COLD SUN     One of the brightest stars in the psychedelic universe, Cold Sun are maybe not as well-known as the the legendary 13th Floor Elevators (who they're often compared with), but this Austin, Texas band are Siriusly hot!
