Carl Stalling was the master for making music for cartoons. He surely inspired Frank Zappa, then Spastic Ink. And this band Electrocution 250, from what I have heard of the mp3, seems to be in the right line of Spastic Ink, but more furious. If it wasn't for the fun, I wouldn't recommend electrocution 250.

is one of the craziest album ive ever  heard
