I'd love to contribute, after all, I'd like to hear other people's opinions so that I can expand my Hammond collection. In all honesty there's no way I could pick 10 songs - I'd have trouble narrowing down to 30 or 40 albums.

I don't know too much about the Hammond organ (I'm more familiar with the Hammond-Hammond), but I'll take a stab.
Deep Purple's Burn, uh, Minstrel in the Gallery? Of course, anything by Procol Harum.

Yesterday I played Uriah Heep Live (1973), the Hammond drenched songs July Morning and Gypsy still carry me away

symphonic prog)
- Yes-Yessongs: Wakeman his solo in Roundabout
- Santana-Soul Sacrifice (Woodstock version) with Gregg Rolie

Night
- Deep Purple - Made In Japan: Jon Lord on Child In Time and Highway Star

ELP - Karn Evil 9 Colosseum - Valentyne Suite
Atomic Rooster - Friday 13th Bram Stoker - Extensive Corrosion (awful title but a great track)
Procol Harum - Whiter Shade of Pale Deep Purple - Burn Focus - Hamburger Concerto
Argent - Tragedy
Brian Auger Trinity - No Time to Live The Nice - Kareila Suite (Five Bridges version. This has the most amazing brutal Hammond sound, real GBH on the earholes!)
