I believe there are 2-3 similar polls in which "Sleep" was "winning".
Between "Storm" and "Static" I choose "Static".

Love this band, love this album. This is seriously one of the greatest things to have graced popular music in like the past 50 years. An immense piece of work. I'll go with Storm, just for the build up alone. Static's the only one I've found slightly tedious, but that's probably cause I've played this album to death now.

But "Static" has that lovely string section with radio in the background at the very start.

And that wonderful preacher's speech.. I'm not religious at all but I absolutely love hearing his voice on top of all that beautiful strings.. And the climax afterwards.. Such a piece!
