I like both but defiantly Rush for me.
Funny side note, as I'm typing this my playlist went from Heart of Lothian to Analog kid. What are the odds? Edited by Argo2112 - February 01 2022 at 09:39 |

May I ask which Marillion album do you consider the worst?

I've gone for Rush as, although Marillion were more prog, the consistence of Rush's output during that period was probably greater for me...

The worst Marillion album is still better than the best Rush album.

Haven't listened to a lot of Marillion aside from Misplaced Childhood, but since that's their highest-rated album, I think I can feel safe voting for Rush. I think they had a much better blend of synthy proggy pop than Marillion... some songs on MC just sound like pop for the sake of pop.

This. And I quite like Marillion (though I prefer H's period).

If it's post-Moving Pictures, then Marillion get my vote.
