The band from France called Vortex which released two albums: Vortex and Les Cycles de Thanatos.

Can listen to some of the music here: http://www.letriton.com/LABEL/CD06.html
Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.

"Vortex"? By which band? If you asked me what my favourite track from "Vortex" is I'd assume you are talking about Amon Düül 2, and I'd be torn between "Das Gestern ist das Heute von Morgen" and "Die 7 fetten Jahr'".

Here's the track list from the double-CD set which contains both of the albums.  I did not include the bonus tracks in the poll.

CD 1 - Vortex - 49:52
1. Haroun'thasckouack (10:40)
2. Ahsquoumboum (6:55)
3. Delicieuse Creature (14:32)
4. Abominable Creature (1:10)
5. C'est Cool, Raoul (11:43) (Bonus)
6. Prolego 1 (5:01) (Bonus)

CD 2 - Les Cycles de Thanatos - 50:48
1. God is Good for You, John (4:28)
2. Prolegomenes (11:43)
3. Les Cycles de Thanatos (25:16)
4. 4. Hipopotalamus Negrus (5:46) (Bonus)
5. Ivanoe (4:35) (Bonus)

I vote for "Prolegomenes".
