Okay gents (and ladies especially), I am planning on making a mix CD for my wife of lovely pieces of prog, but the "hidden track" will be a song I wrote for her a very long time ago.  This will be my anniversary gift to her this year (in addition to mind-blowing sex). 

Multiple votes are checked, so go nuts.  Choose the pieces you think would make for a great little compilation for a gal who likes Cat Stevens, contemporary Christian music, some country and blues, Norah Jones and basically all things acoustic.

These are all tracks (well almost anyway) I think she will enjoy.  I know her best, but you geniuses know great music.  I want to hear what you think will make a good compilation CD for an anniversary (that will end with a surprise song from yours truly Wink).
