I have thought about which song of LedZep could fall into the genre of progressive-rock and I would vote for

In the light
The rain song
The battle of evermore

I also think "Dazed and Confused" could be a kind of proto-prog, because of Time-signature-chnages, the experimental middle-part and diversified instrumentation sometimes (strings doubling the main riff)

Kashmir, though it shows a lush arrangement with mellotron, is too straight-forward in my opinion
setting poems to progressive metal
Listen to my music on bandcamp

Stairway to Heaven is quite possibly my favorite all time song, however, Kashmir is my favorite Zeppelin song and gets my vote.  Carouselambra is probably my favorite lesser known Zeppelin song.  i.e. it never got any radio play.

'No Quarter', 'The Rain Song' (The Song Remains the Same live versions especially), along with 'Achilles Last Stand'. 'Thank You' is a lovely track with a proggy touch to it as well! John Paul Jones on the old organ is no Keith or Rick but could create some nice atmospherics!

I cannot deny the Achilles.  I still remember where I was when I first heard it (dirt road in the Blue Ridge Mtns by a cold mountain stream) and had to hear it again, then of course buy the album.

Still a close call as No Quarter was my favorite until then.

Witty, fierce and melancholic: No Quarter's studio track on the top, and best Zeppelin. Witty, fierce out of "new age" droning In The Light goes into similar mood, but with a lesser result

All good tracks, Stairway suffers from over exposure.  Toss up for me between Kashmir and The Rain Song.  I came kind of late to the Zep.  They were a bit too popular for me when I was in high school.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
