well borknagar is kinda horrible besides their first album (garm is on it )

they are not prog-metal

emperor is even more prog metal than them - epspecially prometheus: the discipline of fire and demise

Borknagar is most certainly progressive, melding black, folk, "viking", and prog-metal together.

Yes, Ulver is very progressive. A band that has made black metal, folk metal, and avant-garde dark ambient music? Most definitely.
