I don't think the cinema Show or One for the vine are considered Epics.
Epics are usually 15 min or more , and are separated in parts...

Hi, gdub411... it seems like I've skipped some big ones, such as FOCUS's 'Eruption', YES's 'The Gates of Delirium', CARAVAN's 'For Richard', SOFT MACHINE's 'Out-Bloody-Rageous', and ELP's 'Tarkus'
They are among my absolute epics in prog history.

Dunno if it's a favourite but Transatlantic's 'Stranger In Your Soul' is about as epic as it gets...

Good choice! I also liked 'No quater' from 'Houses of the holy' The version on 'The song remains the same' is superb.
