I can't do a particular order and i'll try to stop at ten....
Discipline--King Crimson Blackwater Park--Opeth Sound Awake--Karnivool Epoch--Fen Aenima--Tool Panopticon--Isis Dark Side of the Moon/Wish You Were Here--Pink Floyd (both are equal in my book) A Tower of Silence--Anubis Ecailles de Lune--Alcest Fear of a Blank Planet--Porcupine Tree Lateralus--Tool And even though i'm a huge Tool fan, i left out 10,000 days cuz i take the word album seriously and if it weren't for those few fillers, it would be on this list. Had to get that off my chest...hah

No idea why this thread got necro'd but I'm glad it did because this is, IMHO, a fantastic way of describing LTiA, my favourite prog album of all time.

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.
