OMD's first two (O.M.D. & Organisation) I'd especially recommend. Messages, Stanlow, Statues, Enola Gay, Julia's Song are definitely prog-leaning.

Ultravox's "Quartet" too, if you haven't already checked them out.

Hmm, tough one. Bill Nelson did some vaguely proggy new wave stuff after he left Be Bop Deluxe. Other than that, you might have to go the post-punk route and look at bands like Pere Ubu or the Red Krayola.

Recomend me some obscure new wave bands, with ton of keys and weird time signatures like a blend of Spandau Ballet, Level 42, and Twelfth Night. I love 80 sounds and '80 digital synth, so let's start.
