Yeah and that photo of her is hilariousLOL

I also had a thing for her in younger days.  That accent and her affinity for bloody steak.  Can't go wrong.

No, just became aware of them the other day, Sam, when I saw they were added to the archive, and that they're Norwegian. They don't have a CD release of their album I noticed. Ouch That's too bad, as I'm a collector of CD's, and would like to own the music I know and listen to in that format, so I probably won't be checking out their music any time soon.

Really neat to see you (and others get into this). The upcoming Modern contest will great for me, as unlike Raff I haven't the time to really explore the depth of music coming out  today. Especially since I left the site and didn't have the obligation (job) of listening to new music. I can tell already I have missed some fabulous stuff.
Yeah, discovered some great stuff in the first Classic round, hopefully I will in the first Modern as well. Looking forward to it.

Yeah, that's too bad, I'd listen much more often if they would release a CD. The same reason I don't listen to Handwrist as much as I'd like Ouch

Also yesterday:
Arena - The Unquiet Sky
Black Bombaim - Far Out (A cool Portuguese Stoner/Space Rock album, released last year. I have it on CD and not the awesome limited blue LP though Disapprove)

I admit, El Dorado and the Isle of Avalon aren't my favourite. Not by a long shot, but songs like the man who would be king, the talisman and when the wild wind blows are simply fantastic.
The intro to "mother of mercy" grabs me too.
Above all Tom, it's my least favourite album since 2000 from them.
Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

Ha, been stalling on laying down the cash for the Yes `Progheny' box-set like me as well, eh Nick?!

DOn't get me wrong, I want to get it, and I will....but man, ever have that `Amazon Buyers Remorse'?! You know, where you click that final button to place that order, then get that cold sweat knowing that you've blown a lot of cash on a fairly extravagant purchase?!

Honestly you can't go wrong with a Dreadnaught album, I've listened to it two or three times and it's really great. It's a continuation from the previous EP, so no surprises there but If you already like the band then you'll definitely like this little thing, the material is good and the musicianship is of course outstanding.
They are definitely working slow releasing these short EPs but at least they are working Tongue
