This began and is more of a solo project (among several from amazing Antony) than a proper band, changing line-up from a recording to another. This said, the bad photo currently on PA compels me to propose OR José, I propose to leave the current photo. Or find a better Sunchild picture. The band is not a household name, photo of Anton Kalugin alone might be misleading making the visitors think it's a one-man band. Edited by NotAProghead - April 02 2016 at 11:51 |

it's a one-man band. As you can see they vary from a quintet, to a sextet, ... The one in the middle is more recent, the others from 2010-2012 Edited by Quinino - April 02 2016 at 15:13 |

^Ok, we do what we can
Look at this one: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=8630 "Swans employed a shifting lineup of musicians until their dissolution in 1997. Besides Gira, the only other constant members were keyboardist/vocalist/songwriter Jarboe from 1984 to 1997, and semi-constant guitarist Norman Westberg. " I suggest (this one at least has the girl Jarboe on it) Or simply the core formation (Gira, Jarboe & Westberg) And BTW, the webpage is down, only could find Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swans_%28band%29 Thanks, done. The core. Strange, but I see the current link to the website is working. Edited by NotAProghead - April 02 2016 at 16:40 |

It may shock you, but this is how they look NOW AND THEN Not "vertical" though, but much more representative José, they will be too small on the band page. Edited by NotAProghead - April 06 2016 at 00:28 |

Formation from early '80s and (a little) better photos The current on PA is from late '90s José, I tend to leave the current pic. If you are familiar with the band and can say that these new pictures present some key members missing in the current picture, that's another case. Otherwise I don't see reasons for a change, any of these pics will not look much better. Edited by NotAProghead - April 06 2016 at 00:50 |

As I mentioned, the current picture doesn't portray the original formation, is from a much later period (see below) with Deborah and not Sharon - I recalled here the general (?) principle of representing the roots/core of each band.
