What albums did you listen to today?

Kasabian - s/t (One of their songs was playing in my head but I never heard any of their albums before so I was intrigued when I read about TD influences on this album. It's indeed spacey but not progressive although a very nice album with plenty of Mellotron )

^ Indeed, very nice production too. It really doesn't seem like a 75 minute album

Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - So I discovered earlier today that despite owning the remastered CD of this album for many years, I had NEVER actually listened to it! I don't quite know why I kind of forgot about it, yet managed to overdose on pretty much every other Sabbath album (including the first two Dio-fronted albums) endlessly!

I think it is, Sam, but I'll no doubt be paying more attention on subsequent spins. Sounded a knockout out an album though.

Sagi, occasionally (or rather more likely frequently!) I tend to get several albums from one artist at the one time, but I force myself to only listen to one or two particular ones and commit to getting familiar with those couple before moving on to another one - definitely what happened in this case!
