If Joe Biden wanted to be sure of victory from the start he should have changed his last name to "Bama".

You may not know this living in Holland since it is College Football, but with the name "Bama", Biden would turn the state of Alabama upside down and win the majority of the votes easily :) ... since it's not, it remains a guaranteed state for Trump.

With the way Joe has been attaching himself to Obama, I'm surprised that he didn't change his middle name to Bama.

That's another thing I don't understand with this Obama cult, and as I'm not American, I really don't follow how it could be such a good thing.
As an outsider I see that after 8 years of Obama, the place was apparently in such a state that the voters didn't want anything more to do with the democratic way. I know this is also pinned on Hillary, but that can't be the whole story. So why is it suddenly a good thing to show allegiance to a democratic candidate who, by the looks of it, wants to carry on where Obama left off? What am I missing?

Had Biden run instead of Hillary in 2016, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Not sure what you are talking about, you seem sadly misinformed. People voted directly against Hillary, not the Democratic party. Even then, she received 3 million more votes than Trump did.

The way it looked to me was that the populace was mainly riling against the political swamp in power at the time, and Hillary Clinton was practically guaranteed to continue and entrench it. That, apparently, was Obama's legacy. Why else would people vote so vehemently against a perceived corrupt governmental system?
So, again: why would it become such a seller under Biden now? Just because he's not Trump? That's not enough, surely. From what I've heard he's not got much of an agenda, except: everything's going to be alright under me.

Hillary is a woman. I think that there were enough of the population who can not fathom having a female president. After 8 years of Obama, the African American vote was not excited about voting for Hillary and stayed home. The Bernie Bros were upset about the Democrat establishment stealing the nomination from Bernie and either stayed home or voted for a third party versus voting for Hillary.
Biden is a man. After 4 years of Trump, I think that the African American vote is a little more excited about removing Trump than they are about voting for Biden. After 4 years of Trump, the Bernie Bros are more excited about removing Trump than they are about voting for Biden.

In a normal election, Biden wouldn't make it past the primaries. But this is not a normal election. It might be the new normal though.

And the Trump claim of a "swamp" was a myth, unless we're referring to McConnell and his friends. Now we have an ocean of industry lobbyists and crooks in cabinet positions, many of whom are now in jail.

^ True, how about Giuliani the vampire.
The Breakdown: Trump needs every toss up state to win, which is possible, Biden needs one or two.

I cannot fathom in what way an election could trigger sexual fantasy. It would not change the second letter for me.
Anyway, if Biden wins, it is likely that the USA will have a woman for president within four years.

I don't know if you saw my earlier post, but trump will need every toss up state to win, Biden only needs two, maybe even one if its a big one. The final numbers will be close, but the odds for victory are not that close.
