Of course they are both great but I voted LTIA to give it more votes.

Both are great, but Red is greater.

LTIA is my choice. One of the best rock LPs ever pressed.

Both equally, but I won't call either great, rather decent, so no vote.

Both are fantastic, but I have to go with Red for this one. One of my favorite albums, regardless of genre

Red always seems to get the nod over LTIA just like Moonmadness always seems to get the nod over Snowgoose. Personally I don't get it since I like the so called "lesser" albums by both bands. Oh well.

If those two are only decent to you, then what would be examples of great albums in a comparable style?

Both are good, but I find Red more listenable in the long run over the weirdness of Larks.
It'd fun though to put together one album as a mixture of the two, such as: Easy Money Fallen Angel One More Red Nightmare Exiles Lark's Tongues II Starless

LTIA has grown on me, I think i'll listen to it again after this, I've been wanting to listen to it for a while, both are great... but Red remains my favorite KC album

My two favorite albums by King Crimson. Both are great. I would rank Red just ahead of LTIA.

It's difficult to choose, both are great. I only wish they had still had the Larks line-up for Red.
