My first exposure to Black Sabbath. An essential live album.

I was a bit disappointed with this one. Dio doing Ozzy Sabbath classics, it just didn't sound right to me. Anyway, now:

Just picked this up for £4 in HMV (£4 for a 2013 released double CD... what is the world coming to?)
While I cannot find fault with it, it's compitent and well produced and the new generation of singers make a decent fist of it, (though they do seem to be in imitation of the original "cast" rather than impressing their own stamp on things), I am left wondering what's the point of it all (beyond selling a few more copies for Wayne's retirement fund). Considering the effort that went into producing it I am left wondering what could have been if Wayne had put half this much effort into a new project - come on Jeffery - there's a wealth of HG Wells and Jules Verne type stories out there that could be given a WOTW treatment.

sh*t! The neighbours complained. Had to turn the volume down. That's what it's like when you live in a block of flats...
