Probably the whole IP range is blocked if rebooting the router doesn't help. I kept getting the same your IP is banned message for a while when the site was down but it went away on its own.

The Baldies can't get back in for some reasons - they rebooted everything and still can't

Someone with extra hard drive space should probably back up the database before the site goes down for good.

mmmhhh!!!.. I checked out early Sunday morning (European time) and it was still down, and it is Wu that warned me/us on PE , because I had no idea... hadn't checked back since until now... so yeah, thinking about it, you could be right.
