It's probably more likely you'd prefer even Pawn Hearts to it, but definitely give it a try! The music on paper is not particularly adventurous but it's really brought to life by the band. Some pretty strong themes about supremacy making you isolated and stuff as well - takes longer to get into than "Godbluff" too so try and persevere with it if you can Smile

Any favorite album?
A toss up between Slow, Deep and Hard for its pure rawness and Life is Killing Me cause that album shows their songwriting maturity and their ability to write catchier songs while remaining doomy.

I will listen to it and give Pawn Hearts another chance, maybe it's like Starless and Bible Black for me: on the first listen it was awful and on the second I really enjoyed it.

I read your Zeit review the other day and it made me want  to listen to it again (but next time in the right mood). The last time I stopped at 17 minutes, maybe I will get further LOL

Yeah, that happened with Pawn Hearts for me thinking about it - now it's one of my favourites! Smile

Cheers! Tongue Zeit's probably my favourite electronic album, but I never get to listening to it because of its length and obscureness (like Soft Machine's "Third" or "L'Heptade") Unhappy If I'm honest, it doesn't really get much better after the first track - you just sort of get hypnotised by the whole thing Big smile

I know what you're talking about: last week I lost perception of space and time while listening to Rubycon and then someone knocked at the door and I was really confused. I will never try to listen to it while driving LOL
