Thank you, my great friend! The last few days have been like beautiful therapy for my ear holes. I feel refreshed having a bit more time off work and absolutely cranking the tunes using awesome HIFI equipment. Glad i have had the time to enjoy this. More to come. Today so far.... VAST--Music For People Porcupine Tree--LightBulb Sun (5.1 mix) Fields Of The Nephilim--Elysuim (Mine and Dave's favourite album of 1990 ;) Machine Head---The Blackening ( I listened to this at 3am in the morning and that was a big mistake cause I was wired after listening to this incredible powerhouse! Porcupine Tree - Voyage 34 - The Complete Trip (It has some mixed opinions on PA, but I really like it. There's some Tangerine Dream influence, specially on the last track)

That Light Year one is pretty cool, eh Mr Meltdowner?! Terrific frantic and tight playing, and that singer is intense - and possibly a little insane! I'm thinking of proposing the band to be added to the Archives? `Voyage 34' is very good! Looooong clean guitar solos from Wilson when he wasn't afraid to play them that way, lots of atmosphere, and the slowly unwinding droning elecronic later parts are hypnotic beauties! All those early albums are so different to each-other, they're all fascinating!

The whole album is intense and her voice is great combined with the the rest of the instruments, I couldn't stop tapping my feet. I saw that they are not on PA too. It's good idea, i'll support it.

I thought the same: he plays the guitar more comfortably on this one. The guitar riff on the first track reminds me of Another Brick in the Wall Pt.1. I think it's Porcupine Tree's Zeit: it's a double album and not everyone gets it
