I'm thinking that this album may be my number 1 album on my MMA list for the year.  It is probably top 5 on my PA list for the year.
Still need to check this band out. I'll try and see if I can do it later this evening.

Set aside plenty of time for this one.  It's a big'un.

Oh I forgot to say, a few days ago before going to bed I was zapping the TV and came across a movie that made me think "Hey that looks like the worst movie ever" and then it happened! I saw your avatar!
Now I'm afraid to ask What the hell man???

LOL What?? You haven't seen Pink Flamingos yet? Did you catch the scene where she takes a bite of dog faeces?

Anyways, Pink Flamingos is (in)famous for being one of the most repulsive and overtly provoking pictures. It's intentionally bad taste, and I rather like it like that.

Almost through Shels' Plains of the purple Buffalo
This thing is sweet, and I think the cover art beautifully portrays what kind of music that's hiding underneath.

Giving this one a second shot seeing as so many people have been singing it's praises:
EDIT: Uhh I'd completely forgotten about those vocalsOuch

CULT OF LUNA - "Salvation" (2004)

Still very new to this band.  I have a hard time with a lot of metal, but I'm trying.  I had a good reaction to Isis a couple of weeks ago, and I just finished Hubardo, so maybe now's a good time to try again.    I notice these cats have a 2013 album out that's getting some good notice on PA.  If this listen goes well I'll probably check that out at the next opportunity.
