Harlan Ellison
(B.1934) American science fiction writer, author of over 1700 provocative, often disturbing short stories. I eagerly devoured many of his collections in my teens and twenties. A giant of the genre--dispite his diminutive stature. |

Jan van Eyck (c. 1390 - 1441) Dutch painter to the stars (okay, royalty) during the Renaissance. He could paint you under the table but likely often smelled of oil and turpentine.

Leif Erikson (c 970 - c 1020) AKA "Leif the Lucky" Icelandic/Norse explorer, according to sagas founded the Vinland colony, likely in northern Newfoundland. A pretty cool Viking, for sure. Immortalized in heroic statuary in various places, including, oddly, the USA, who really want the Vikings to have landed there. Beats the crap out of that Giovanni-come-lately Columbus by some 500 years.

R. W. Emerson would have been my choice too. (Queen Elizabeth for Q, ha ha.) Again, sorry for not adding a pic with my mobile phone: Stuart Elliott, drummer who had worked for Kate Bush, The Alan Parsons Project etc.

Ha! I can speak a bit of English but my reasoning is always in Portuguese and so for me she is Rainha Elizabeth. Anyway, I went with Ralph W. Emerson...
Stuart Elliott.
