This album spans about a 4 year period of writing and recording, from early 2010 till late 2014. Each download includes a PDF of supplemental score detailing the woodwind, brass, and string section parts. As well as scans of the hand written sketches for various parts.

Nope. It's evident that in the OP (as well as at New Prog Releases) the information was simply copied from bandcamp. The initial mistake was made there.
