Hi!
I am a member of a newly born space rock band Lizards Exist - you can check our band in the welcome artists section.

I'm really glad to be around here, cause this is like a temple for me.

I'm mostly into 60s and 70s prog and krautrock music scene and I rarely listen to new releases.

One of my favourites are The Pink Floyd of course (but pre 1973), King Crimson, Gong, The Soft Machine.

From Krautrock, I love to listen to Popol Vuh, Ash Ra Tempel, Agitation Free, Neu! and all the other artists from the aforementioned scenes.

I don't even have a TV at home, music is my life and that's all I do. Play and listen.

I hope to meet many interesting people with common interests around here.

Stay well my friends!

I am wondering about your band's name .. are you alluding to the reptilian master race Thumbs Up (you last track, the Annunnaki-something, made me a little suspicious), or is it a hidden pun (lizards exist = lizardsexist = lizard sexist), or a nod to a certain album by KC?

We're just letting this question as a conversation piece ;)

And Anunnaki dance is our masterpiece - epic song about the dance of the anunnaki.
It has all the elements the space rock song should have.

And yes, I find the KC Lizard on the of the best album ever made.

Nice to see another Croatian space rock band in here. We have Snovi in the database already, presumably you know about them :-)

Just in case you haven't come across this fine, Swedish band I'll toss this vid in as a welcome greet :-)

Should be fairly close to what you guys are doing in terms of general style.

They sound exactly as the Croatian band Fjodor. You have it in your database.

I like to think that we have more air in our sound :)

Hehe, then you know a likely source of inspiration for Fjodor, as MBTW have been at it for a few years longer. Kind of a supergroup that Swedish band.

Here's something else. Much more mainstream and psychedelic rather than spacey, but I kind of guess that at least one of the special guests in this recording might make this interesting anyhow.

welcome Sinisa!
your debut is really surprising! I like that. The evaluation is on the run and I'm quite sure you will receive some positive reviews sooner or later, at least one Smile

@windhawk: I really like Daves music. It was my first step into psychedelic world. LSD and early pink floyd and the next moment I didn't know what was going on and it was GREAT! That's really how everything started.

@Rivertree: I'm really glad you like it, don't know what to say..Heart
