Laughable as it may be......
KAJAGOOGOO - White Feathers (.........up to Magician Man). Cheezy synth-pop or not, this album is so much fun, and musically satisfying regardless - yeah, Nick Beggs' superb bass-slapping (he loved Prog years before forming this band -Topographic, Close To The Edge.......even Sabbath, Rush, Zeppelin etc. - there you go......) but also Stu Neale on keys - very thoughtfully applied keyboard textures and sounds. Even the guitarist, Steve, loved to give an E-bow device a run for its money). Very overlooked and ridiculed band that does deserve some respect..... Earlier, spun WOBBLER - Afterglow....... |
