I really like both tracks, but I think I like Perpetual Change a little bit more.
My favorite from the album though is I've Seen All Good People.

Although, to be fair to Perpetual Change, I realized I was mentally comparing the studio version of Perpetual Change to all the live versions of Starship Trooper I have heard since - and it's so brilliant live. Perhaps that is skewing this particular poll?
