Resurrecting a thread with sounds to wake the dead!

One of my favorites:

From the best Santana album, in my opinion:

And an album I'm looking forward to being remixed:

...a vigorous circular motion hitherto unknown to the people of this area, but destined
to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology...

The 24 minute version of Free's Molten Gold is an absolute jaw-dropper.

Mentioned this one on another thread, but it most definitely applies here. Absolutely wicked leads:

And since I mentioned a rock instrumental, how about:

And since I mentioned one Winter brother, how about another making mince-meat out of a Dylan tune:

...a vigorous circular motion hitherto unknown to the people of this area, but destined
to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology...

Pustinja ("Desert"), Indentitet ("Indentity") and Kosovski božuri ("Kosovo's Peonies") by YU Grupa.

They were in London and played in some pubs in the 1973. Somebody saw them and manage to bring them in the Marquee club, to play a full concert there, at February 24. The audience was very thrilled. CBS immediately offered to the band a recording contract, to record an album in English for UK and U.S. market, but they had already scheduled a concert in Belgrade and they were decided to return to Belgrade. It was a mistake, methinks. Anyway, they are the only band from fomer Yugoslavia, who played in the legendary Marquee club in London. And it was a successful concert.
