hahha... I like that... a first world problem.

I'll have to remember that one... never heard that one before

On that note...  now that the pressure and spotlight are off them. Nationals win the division and the WS.  Same team pretty much that everyone thought might win 130 games.  How likely is it that everyone BUT Bryce has a career worst year two years in a row.

book it.. Nationals win the WS. My O's..  is Angelos dead yet... the only hope for my beloved Orioles. Cry
your predictions look a little lame at this point in the season

you can not be serious!!

'this point in the season'.... dude we are not even two weeks in.. it wouldn't be a great prediction if I waited till July or August to predict what I can see NOW happening 6 months from now.

it is a marathon man.. not a sprint...

Nolan Arenado and Trevor Story are two of the best players I seen lately.

Colorado has a very decent team.

Hope they make it this year

Every few years the Rockies put together a decent team from all those high draft choices from finishing last so often and from trading successful players for promising rookies and outcasts.  The Rocks have a few bright spots....hopefully they can hold on to those players long term and fill in some needs (PITCHING!).

I like to feel the suspense when you're certain you know I am there.....

I like the pitchers this year, Gray just has set a team record with 12 K's

Chatwood was impeccable

But I don't like the closer Mc' Gee, Chad Bettis

There many good players this year:

Carlos Gonzales
Parra
Arenado
Story
LeMahiou.

Hope they remain strong

PS: Chatwood today reached 8 innings with 3 scoreless hits and only 91 pitches.

Wow.

Colorado vs Giants at ATT Park

5th inning started Rockies 4 - Giants 3

Colorado turn at bat ended

Rockies 17 - Giants 3

Story a HR and a triple

Hope this ends like this.

Iván

PS: 17 - 7 only one out, Giants scored 4...What an odd game

At this point the Cubs are looking good. Swept the Cardinals, swept the Pirates and swept the Nats. Swept the 3 best teams in the National league. 1st in era, first in run scored, first in run differential in the majors. Evidently Micky doesn't have anything to say about it.

The Cubs are revving things up for a summer push.....and an autumn fadeout.  Cardinals fans love it when the Cubs are on top 'cause they know the Cubbies will end up blowing it in royal fashion.  I'm no Cards fan, but I stand by their opinion.....at least until the Cubs show they can turn regular season success into playoff success.

Guess we have to wait and see. I don't really see the cardinals in the race at this point.

^I have to say that was a dust-up I really enjoyed watching LOL.

It was a bit low of him to wait until his very last at bat against them the following season before plunking him though.  The bad blood was there after the playoffs last season.  It's a shame as we could have had a whole series of "incidents" since the start of the season!!

Me, my wife and a friend were at the Oakland A's walk off grand slam last night against the Rangers, and it was beautiful.  We thought for sure they blew it again when that 2 run homer was given up in the top of the 9th, but nope, Khris Davis was there to save us!

You gotta love the "Unwritten Rules of Baseball".  Maybe now we will have a new level of those rules...punch-ups instead of plunking LOL
