I posted something today and noticed I joined exactly 10 years ago to the day. This is a great community, thanks for being there.
Music is my life's one enduring passion. I love a huge variety but Prog has a special place in my heart. Mostly Symphonic Prog but there is not a single category on this site that I do not love and respect.

And welcome to all the newly joined proggers!

Happy anniversary.  My tenth is coming up too.

Scotch and babes?  A man after my own heart.  It's on a Friday night so why not.

Maybe I should quote Shakespeare to you (the porter in "Macbeth", musing about alcohol): "Lechery it both provokes and unprovokes. It provokes the desire, but it takes away the performance". Jean and I once saw a production of the play in which the porter had a cord around his belly as a belt. At "it provokes the desire" he raised the ends of the cord, at "but it takes away the performance" he dropped them. LOL
