Good point; if you focus on skilling you're missing a bit but it's not the end of the world. If you want quests then it's member's all teh way. Also it's really grindy but that's why I like it on occasion.

yeah if you like routine work until you're the reincarnation of Sysyphus, working on your Runescape skill levels is the way to go

i stoill play runescape sometimes

For someone who has never played, is it too late to start now?
Honestly yes. All the good sh*t's member's-only. You can now buy membership with in-game money but you'll probably be spending all your time making said money to pay. But if youd id want to play I can get you started probably

this sounds too much like real life to make a fun video game.

My 10-year old nephew is obsessed with Minecraft; I watched him play it for a little while, and I wasn't overly impressed, although he was shearing sheep, so I wasn't really sure what the fun in that was.

90% of Minecraft players are children trying out adult life by setting up a household, doing chores and occasionally practicing hobbies
at least it's better than having them play Candy Crush

I'll admit I too play some pretty useless games, and it's only because I'm too lazy to really play a serious, intensive game

Judging by the silence I'd say we've been kicked out of the cool kid's club.

I love Toninho Horta's Terra Dos Passéros in an erotic way.

Watching some live videos of Genesis and ELP and realized that part of the reason why they're so revered by the generation that were alive and kicking during that time was because that generation got to seem them live in their prime, and, as far as showmanship goes, they were a cut above everyone else, not just in that they took things to extremes as far a theatrics go, but those extremes just felt right. But for me, that loses a lot when translated to album, where I think a lot of other bands benefitted from the studio.
