Robert Fripp is a genious guitarrist and composer, no doubt. A God? Depends who you are asking.

Not a particularly good rendition, and not played with a guitar pick doing cross picking, as Fripp did.

While I prefer melodic players such as latimer, Fripp can probably dunk on any guitarist on the planet when it comes to that super windy picking style hes known for.

He probably can, but I really don't like his guitar playing one bit. I've listened to Fracture and I really don't enjoy it at all.

Give me Hackett, Rothery, Gilmour, as well as the one and only Andrew Latimer, any day of any week.

Fripp and Bill Murray are both gods. And can I throw in Frank Zappa. He and Fripp both incredibly gifted artists without who would we even have prog rock?
