Here are mine, in no particular order:
Genesis (everything Peter Gabriel, some of the best music EVER)
Gentle Giant
Jethro Tull (thick as a brick)
Yes
Led Zeppelin (not prog, but they are awesome)

At the moment it would be, favourite album(s) included between brackets:
- Pink Floyd (Ummagumma live disc)
- Van der Graaf Generator (H to He Who Am The Only One, Pawn Hearts, Godbluff)
- Genesis (Selling England By The Pound)
- Opeth (Ghost Reveries)
- Death (Symbolic)
I know, I know, it's not all prog, but there's life beyond progrock ...
Some other stuff, that didn't get into my top five and certainly isn't prog:
- The Clash - Sandinista!
- An Pierlé - Mud Stories
- Dimmu Borgir - Stormblåst
