Coincidentally the answer is on TV right at this moment - if :

1. you read this around 10.30pm GMT Fri
2. therefore you live in England
3. you can pick up ITV 2 TV channel

NOPE. As I think somebody may have the right answer, I can said the bent copper = corrupt policeman in a movie. But  you being at a distinct disadvantage over there in the USA in not having a British TV programme listings in front of you, I have to tell you, the movie referred to on our TV last night, was Leon.

Final clue: out of this world.

not to mention my favorite Oldman character- the super-sleazy dreadlocked pimp in "True Romance"...my eyeballs feel dirty when I watch his scenes!

my clues demystified:

vampires: "Bram Stoker's Dracula"

modern artist: "Basquiat"

eccentric deformed billionaire: "Hannibal" (and even "The Fifth Element")
