No I don't think so. I think she is just a model posing for an ad. I don't know her name. Maybe she is Karen Carpenter.

Why woud Karen Carpenter be in a Quebecois prog ad?  Don't you have better Franco Canadian women.  How are things in Canada lately, I haven't been there since I lived in Burnaby, BC for a few months?

Actually, it's not a québécois prog ad. I just pasted my face on the ELP vinyl :

I have Abba Gold in my album collection , but even that's not as embarrasing as the Starland Vocal Band album I've had for thirty years ("Afternoon Delight") - our very own American one-hit-wonder Abba!

I wonder if she has any idea how much of a stir she's causing with us Prog Geeks. LOL

I normally prefer brunettes, but with Abba, for me it was always the blonde. At 13 I had some wild fantasies about her and me....

The chicks weren't that good looking.  It was those white boots and mini skirts that made them look hot.Pig

I'll take ABBA '77-81 over most prog from the same years.

...Oh, regarding the poll I went for the blonde but that's because it's Agneta. I don't have any blonde/brunette preferences.

Very interesting: a recent ad and a cover of a 30+ years old album. A great album indeed!

BTW: I voted the brunette!
