In all seriousness, out of the choices listed, I would have to go with the enchanted staff. Because it doesn't say in what way the staff is enchanted, I can assume it can make the dragon's head explode or something.

my mother's pastry would be 100% assured to slay the dragon...... you could throw it (fatal head wound) or you could use it as a trapping device (dragon eats it only to die later of fatal heartburn causing spontaneous combustion)
