I've been a VH fan for most of my life, saw them twice in concert (2004 and 2007) and saw Sammy Hagar solo. As for my favorite album, I would have to say Balance, not a very popular choice it seemsLOL

It will be interesting if they come through with a new album with Roth.

It'll be interesting to see if they can come up with something to revitalize their career.  I'm sure that it will be on my purchase list as soon as it is announced.

Apparently there have been rumors that Van Halen have recorded a bunch of material for a new album.  Friends of the band who have been said to have heard the new material say that it is pretty awesome.  The band has been pretty secretive about what is going on with them.  There haven't been any updates on their website recently so who knows, but hopefully there will be a new album forthcoming within the next year or so.

My personal favorite is Fair Warning. There are a lot of opinions of the fan of Japan to which this album is recognized as the best album. "Hear About It Later" is a good tune.

I experienced both of concerts of VH and Diamond Dave. The tune that spectators get excited most in set list of live of DLR done in Japan in the past was "Jump" and "Beautiful Girls. "

Haha I was just thinking the other day about no matter how many obscure groups I listen to, there's something about Van Halen that I LOVE. Maybe it's because they were the band that got me into "old" music in 7th grade.
Life is like a beanstalk... isn't it?
