Basically yes, that's what it amounts to. I don't know if anybody who posts on these forums do it though.

Well, yes. Martin has posted a lot on Progressive Ears and has become pissed off with the music industry and has claimed this will be his last ever release. Apparently he's sick of the free download thing. I think it might be wise for these guys to take a leak out of Marillion's book, and exploit the situation rather than complain about it, though I understand his position for sure.

However, those tracks you've played tonight won't send me out rushing to buy his album! :(

yeah - Grace (and the other tune) are from our latest album - a Polyethylene Pet album. the album as a whole is somewhat abstract but peppered with a few tunes like these. it's a bouncy affair with some humour to it, as you probably know from listening to the sample tracks.

actually the album was borne out of some tragic personal losses and the current political scene over here. i decided that rather than let it bring me down, i'd make this a really upbeat album. Grace is kind of a sardonic prayer, though. maybe God could come down and help us out? just sayin'... we're offering to pray for her if she does LOL it is sincere if a little sarcastic too.

it's a good example of how B.Sue is involved even when she doesn't play on an album. she really helped me sculpt the sound of this song with comments about the textures and such. i really like this song. it's hopeful and sad at the same time...

Jailbait?

Yes.

I always get the title confused with the Thin Lizzy track. LOL

There are now two Wishbone Ashes! Wishbone Ash- led by Andy Powell- and Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash. There was also recently a furore on Martin Turner's site concerning a reunion of the original four members, with allegations that Andy Powell had been touting the tour without the other three agreeing to it. I don't think they'd be playing much bigger venues than they do now; their reputation is largely based on those first three great albums.
