Don't know yet if i can join, I'll try. Have seen Allan Holdsworth yesterday. He played fred, which was awesome. The rest of the songs were a mixed bag for me. Found my self wondering off. The drummer Gary Husband was magnificent though.

Well, if Stern and Lane add up to a guitar "presto", I'd look into it.

Thanks for the show, I'm off now.

Night , thanks for the company , back next week?

I might join tomorrow as well, yes, although probably mixing it with a bit of live stream tennis.

Violin special on Thursday - but playlist only 25% done to date (busy night tonight)

Long telephone conversation with Scott McGill down in Brighton last night. He's supplying me with some more recordings, including the latest album for an hour's special featuring Scot and his music. However, at his request (e.g. he wants me to get into these new albums) we delay again until after our Easter break. Hopefully Antoine Fafard will step into the breech for an interview before Easter and a feature of Spaced Out's music.

i think it was probably a kick ass show - since each puts one on solo.

i don't know that they played together but i suspect that, at some point during the show, they did.

'twas probably smokin' !

hey, thanks for another great show, DR H - most excellent :)

Oh good - I always fear this sort of music is too 'country & western' for folks - however, this is gospel anyway!

Possibly, check out BGO - they were released by Liberty on vinyl, but that label has long been defunct. There is apoint in their catalogue where they run of ideas and  variations - it is clear McPhee got pissed off in the end, especially having play the old favourites over and over again - one of his solo live albums has the title "Who Shouted For Cherry Red" something his detested playing

This one? Actually I like his  Janschology - his Bert Jansch tribute album - a lot. Does Black Mountain Side/Slide to remind it is a Jansch arrangement not a Page composition.
