yes tangent albums only. but there are a few other bands in which I can lose myself. within the music washing over me.

how do you rate the the tangent albums:

the music that died alone
the world we drive through
a place in the queue
not as good as the book
down and out in PARIS and LONDON
comm
le sacre du travail
l`etagere du travail
a place on the shelf

are you into Andy`s solo/ parallel or 90 degrees
I`ve gotten both solo albums and few of po90d too!.

I belive I`m lucky to be into Andy Tillison Diskdrive a true progressive rock musician. whom as kept the faith from the `70`s prog rock band`s he. like I found our first enter into. the cosmic world of PROG!.

which band was your first to hear. my was genesis foxtrot album than the show. wow weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I`ve always saying that progressive music is for thinking people.
whom don`t follow like sheep.

please don`t let us be unbranded!
don`t leave us to the mercy of our peers!

I don't wish to appear over-critical but your posts would be a lot easier to understand if you didn't put full stops in the middle of sentences e.g. "what makes the tangent. so good a prog band"

Le Sacre du Travail is a concept album, originally intended to be Andy's version of the Rite of Spring but he wasn't allowed to record it by the publishers. It's a concept around the daily grind of work.

The other one is kind of a companion CD containing additional tracks and outtakes. They were originally sold as a double package, not sure if this is still the case or not but both are highly recommended if you like The Tangent.

The "camel goose music" is a one off piece of "music inspired by music inspired by The Snow Goose" and ties in a YouTube video of Andy recording the said piece. Worth checking out as well, you get a load of other free Andy recordings with the download.
