Is there a list of bands that have been cleared for inclusion on PA (but do not yet have entries) anywhere? Sorry if this has been asked before or if I've overlooked it.

Alright, it all depends on which subgenre you're looking to help out with. Here's a list of prog metal bands that are cleared:

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

There are many Czech bands that I would be willing to write a bio, but how to prove something that simply isn't on internet (youtube / myspace), so I don't have samples ?

Please do not list bands that you wish to see added to the PA, we have the Suggest New Bands and Artists forum for that purpose.
 
The only people listing bands here should be genre team members or Band Submissions team members.
