May I first start off by saying, thank you, to the people who have created this site. I have learned an obscene amount about the beauty of what is progressive rock. The knowledge and experience you all have collaborated on this site is an invaluable resource. So thank you all.
My name is Devon and I reside in Victoria, B.C. Canada. I am 18 years old, and have been experienced in the ways of prog for the better half of them, thanks to pops. I am an avid Rush fan, along with Genesis, Yes, and Camel.
Looking forward to learning more about the art, alongside the rest of you.

Warm regards to the great white North! As you might've seen, these threads get filled up with suggestions from our overzealous crew of prog experts. Let me be the first in this cavalcade by recommending the two albums by the Argentine prog band Crucis. Top-notch musicianship from the 1970s. Cheers and enjoy the madness that is PA.

I can't say I'm a fan of Magma. I have heard a bit of their stuff, and own MDK, but it isn't my cup of tea.
