That was my answer ! thank you Sean , Fair enough to have such a satisfying comment ! it seems i will turn my objective now to open a progressive music school somewhere in this planet ! and yu'll be the first instructor for sure ! cause it seems those people around , knows less about the past than the present !

and why is that ! on an island means nothing to me . i don't even have to spare a minute of my time to listen to this mediocrity ! in the other hand , i know how Pro's was accomplish . i'm proud of Clapton & Waters for this precious album . if you know , it's good for you ! but if you don't it's good for me , cause i'll be right about you , since the first impact !

So the majority who voted for Gilmour disagree with you and that is why you were annoyed?

And it seems I was wrong about you since the first impact. I thought you were a nice bloke.

Why can't one like both? In my opinion On an Island is better than Pros and Cons, but Amused to Death is better than both. I think we should forget the lawsuit between the two leaders and concentrate on music. What I find really terrible on Pros and Cons is Clapton's performance at his bottom.

On an Island for me. None of them are among my favourite albums, and both have only about 2 or 3 songs I really like. But I find On an Island to be a more pleasant listen as a whole album. However, I think it's much better on it's live version (Live in Gdansk as a CD, or Remember that Night as a DVD).

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

In general I prefer Gilmore, but on an island I find somehow boring, Pr & Cons gets my vote!

Sean this is complete bollocks. You can't know that he chose Gilmour due to some "feud" between him  and Waters!

You can't accept that people may prefer Gilmours album here to the frankly very poor Pros and Cons? So you don't like On an Island...many of us do...nothing to do with which "camp" I'm in. Other Water's albums are great, just not this one.
