http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=2509

The track listing is wrong, the original edition in vinyl has only 8 tracks (total time 37:52) but the record label is right.

http://www.discogs.com/Bacamarte-Depois-Do-Fim/release/2341371

The reissue on CD in 2009 by the Som Livre label has the same 8 tracks

http://www.discogs.com/Bacamarte-Depois-Do-Fim/release/3950090

The ninth track "Mirante das Estrelas" only appeared as a bonus  in the 1995 CD by Rarity label, making the duration total 44:03 ; this track composed by Mario Neto who also played all intruments, would later appear in the 1999 CD "Sete Cidades" .

http://www.discogs.com/Bacamarte-Depois-Do-Fim/release/2059936

So the credits go like this

- Jane Duboc / vocals (2,4,6,8)
- Marcus Moura / flutes, accordion
- Mario Neto / acoustic & electric guitars, all instruments (9)
- Mr. Paul / percussion
- Delto Simas / acoustic & electric basses
- Marco Veríssimo / drums
- Sergio Villarim / keyboards

Note: the bio by Erik is completely correct on all these details

E&O Team: Thanks, done.

As you can see there are no acoustic guitars; does it matter ? Up to you to decide, all I can say is that the correct and complete line-up should read:

Uwe Karpa - 6 & 12-string el. guitars
Matthias Ulmer - piano, Fender Rhodes el. piano, Hammond organ, ARP Omni & MiniMoog synths, vocals
Kono Konopik - drums
Harald Bareth - lead vocals, Fender bass

E&O Team: Thanks, done.

- Anthony Phillips / synthesizers (Emax I, Jupiter 8, Casio CZ5000, Roland 808), acoustic (6 & 12 strings), classical & electric guitars, fretless bass, Tom Drum Machine, sequencer

With
- Julie Allis / harp
- Michael Cox / flute, piccolo
- Ian Hardwick / oboe
- Tjbörn Holtmark / trumpet
- Frank Racotti / percussion, Off Spin
- Martin Robertson / clarinet
- Ian Thomas / drums
- John Owen-Edwards / strings conductor
- Gavyn Wright / strings leader

Curio (joke):
Speachi quartet on the "Harp" section conducted by Sir Ralph Bernasione

This running joke is docummented (interview), the irrelevant question of the "Off Spin" above is up to you
(personally I deffend not to exclude any info based on one's ignorance, but even the most noble principles sometimes collide with just plain common sense, I guess that applies here, off-spin likely being a private joke, not an instrument)

http://www.anthonyphillips.co.uk/discography/slowdance.htm
http://www.discogs.com/Anthony-Phillips-Slow-Dance/release/667633

E&O Team: Thanks, done.
1. Discogs page and google tell me Roland 808 is a drum machine and Emax I (Emax (i)) is a sampler.
2."Off Spin" - according to the page you refer on discogs: Percussion, Other [Off Spin] – Frank Racotti.
I have no idea what it means, but didn't delete it.
3. The joke is not clear.
