Ian, that one photo I can say it was of my doing and I take full responsability of my actions (always sign my name with the only purpose for accountability) . If that pisses you off than I will not do it again .

"Ian
Anyone who thinks Kansas is Prog get out of the room - Adolf Hitler" From the post above from Nogbad_The_Bad there should NOT be any quotes of Hitler anywhere on planet earth

For clarity, this is not an actual Adolf Hitler quote, it's from a parody youtube clip from the Downfall movie. Secondly we should actually study Hitler's real quotes in order to learn from them and see similar despicable individuals for what they are.

^ Maybe I'm wrong, but I think if artists want to be known, they are interested more than anybody else in providing info on their albums (for example, on their own websites). If they aren't why do we need their email addresses?

Hi folks, a few updates for this (my!) band: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=6021
1. Could we change the bio to this [updated with a few emendations; note that the members list is nixed as it seemed superfluous and had outdated info]: THEATER OF THE ABSURD play dark and dramatic progressive metal. The group is inspired equally by its love for '70s prog rock, avant-garde metal, philosophy and
literature. Formed in 2006 by drummer Patrick CURLEY and guitarist Michael NEUMEISTER,
the initial intent was to play a unique brand of extreme metal that was as progressive
as it was ferocious. The vision of
the band expanded greatly in a matter of a few short years; the focus became on
delivering songs which were vast in scope and influence, with considerable
emotional range. Joined by Chandler Mogel (Outloud) on vocals, their 2013
full-length “The Myth of Sisyphus” was acclaimed for its idiosyncratic
instrumentation, penetrating lyrics and unique melodic sensibility. The EP "King
of Twilight" was released in 2018 in anticipation of a forthcoming
full-length. The release finds the band at their most introspective, experimenting
with a string quartet while maintaining their signature dynamism. 2. For this release: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=43555 could we include the proper bandcamp link under "releases information" - https://theateroftheabsurd.bandcamp.com/album/the-myth-of-sisyphus 3. For this release: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=60668 can we also include the proper Bandcamp link under "releases information" - https://theateroftheabsurd.bandcamp.com/album/king-of-twilight 4. I'm unable to add a [YouTube] video to the band page for some reason. Could someone kindly add our music video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wig4d0H867A 5. Is it possible to have proper Buy links on the main page? Unfortunately the great Doug Larson does not have us in stock! https://theateroftheabsurd.bandcamp.com/ https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/id723200279 https://store.cdbaby.com/Artist/TheateroftheAbsurd/ Thanks very much. |

^ Thanks, points 2 - 4 done.
Sorry, we can't add buy links. You may place them on your website. And to the new bio: "THEATER OF THE ABSURD play dark and dramatic progressive metal. The group is inspired equally by its love for '70s prog rock, avant-garde metal, philosophy and literature. Formed in 2006 by drummer Patrick CURLEY and guitarist Michael NEUMEISTER, the initial intent was to play a unique brand of extreme metal that was as progressive as it was ferocious. The vision of the band expanded greatly in a matter of a few short years; the focus became on delivering songs which were vast in scope and influence, with considerable emotional range. The EP "King of Twilight" was released in 2018 in anticipation of a forthcoming full-length. The release finds the band at their most introspective, experimenting with a string quartet while maintaining their signature dynamism." If you insist we can replace it, but the part of new text (see marked with red) will be out of date soon. Perhaps it would be better to give some general info about the band, nobody changes biographies in accordance with each new release. Please think about this.
