Hi :)
I don't usually frequent these forums. Recently I was introduced to the Listening Room, then it was shut down only 5 days later :( Just looking to see if I can find anyone here who was on that site that I met. Also looking to find any new cool people to talk to :) Liking Haken is a plus!!!

I did indeed. Music suggestions tonight? I don't know, what all do you like (other than Haken  )? I need some basis on which to suggest and I'm frankly too lazy to pull up your last.fm tonight.

Same here. I was on LR the last week of its existence but don't believe at the same time as you. Since you are looking for suggestions like Haken, might I suggest Leprous. Their newest album Bilateral reminds me a little of Haken's debut album. Welcome to PA.

Death Note is the best!! The Shinigami especially are cool. Among my favourite artists are PT, Dream Theater, Devin Townsend and Opeth, but I also really like older stuff like Jethro Tull and Renaissance as well. Recently I've gotten into Haken and Leprous, although I like Haken more. I was completely obsessed with Doomsday Afternoon (Phideaux) for a really long time, so if anyone knows anything similar to that I would definitely give it a listen.
I've heard of the Shredders but am uncertain about whether I want to participate... :P
