^ "Start" is pretty good. I actually do remember pretty much all of it. I like the melodies. In fact, I like the chemistry of the melodies with the chords backing the melodies. Of course, it's no reason to vote for it when comparing it with the rest of the album.

Lead A Normal Life because that's never going to happen to me It's a cool and simple song. The rest are a bit jarring in one way or the other.

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Last time this topic came up I voted for Biko - PG's most powerful song. This time I went for Games Without Frontiers. | The same difficult choice I had. I voted for Games Without Frontiers, but I very nearly went for Biko.

Start? I listened a lot to the album when it was released, and I don’t remember that one. I can’t recall it at all – probably a good reason not to vote for it. It was hard to choose, but in the end I picked Lead a Normal Life, because it’s a fantastic song, because I sometimes sing it when I do the dishes, and because it only had one vote.

Start is excellent, in my opinion. I'm sure you would remember it if you heard it. Because it's only a little over than a minute long and flows into the next track, you may not have realized it was a separate song.

No Self Control. Love the percussion and Kate's witchy backing vocals adds to the general vibe of paranoia.
To be honest, this is probably my favorite "after Lamb" album involving a member of Genesis, although I haven't really listened to enough Hackett solo stuff to be truly decisive. Love it.

Don't particularly like Biko (Simple Minds did a better version) but the rest of the album is great.

Wow, great poll idea. His solo stuff is on bar with a lot of 70's Genesis material, in my opinion. My vote probably goes to Games, which is one of the very first songs I'd ever loved. Heard it on the radio when I was young, and it's kind of stuck with me.
