The fact that you're trying so hard is very pleasing, but you don't get it in the end, you don't get it and there's nothing you can do about it. Furthermore, it's completely all right not to like King Crimson, it's not like someone would have an awful taste if they didn't like them. It's just music, everything is subjective, and the only measurement of its quality essentially is the level of enjoyment it gives to you. That said, it doesn't mean you must stop trying. Sometimes it happens that the album/artist clicks with you after a month, a year or even a few years of unsuccessful attempts, and it's simply wonderful when it happens. Best of luck. Smile

I don't get what? I just don't like King Crimson, once they reach an Era they get happy and start sounding the same for that Era for example from In The Court-Lizard they had symph elements, ballads, and rockers, with Wetton they had  un-iteresting Improvs, similar sounding heavier songs with violins and with Belew just a Jesus load of Arpeggiated songs yet and with all of their Eras they still maintained elements that are purely predictable from them Ouch. Not to mention the excruciating voice of Adrian Belew Pinch. Thanks for the kind words though Wink

It did take me quite a while to get into King Crimson. I don't even recall where I first actually gained the interest, or why I even persisted so much, but I am now glad I did. Big smile

Cranes - Loved  (a few songs feel a bit sparse and unfinished, but others such as Come This Far, Paris And Rome and Shining Road are glorious)
Immolation - Close To A World Below  (dense and nightmare inducing, it holds my attention throughout)
Magic Pie - The Suffering Joy  (Not bad, but I prefer the more organic sounding Motions Of Desire by a mile)
