It certainly sounds dated but I found it enjoyable... and made me want to play 90's videogames Never heard that but I will, next time I feel like listening to "the other TD".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3jRK-sdTSE 300th page special: Miss Lava - Red Supergiant (Some stoner rock to start the day) Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso - Io Sono Nato Libero (Probably my favourite album from their first three) Charles Mingus - The Black Saint and the Siner Lady (One of the best jazz albums I listened) And this one: Just one of many great recommendations I got on this thread. Thank you all! |

From Rain Dances my favourites are the title track and Elke, yeah I know this song is another one of their kind of music to listen to especially on my bed , but it features really stunning flute melodies.
From Mirage 'Camel - Nimrodel_The Procession_The White Rider' is their best from Mirage, hands down for me, and that White Rider's guitar session is amongst their best ever did. No surprise for me if classical music is already the most badly catalogued in streaming services, as it will never be music to be put on a conversible car stereo system while giving some hot chicks a ride by the Miami Beach hahahah |

'Nimrodel' is my favourite from Mirage too, but I was talking about the oftenly ignored self-titled album: I love every track of it, to me it's a very powerful and uplifting album Miami Beach? I thought you would mention Copacabana Beach

Camel's first album is a knockout, Sam, I've always loved that one. I came to it expecting it to be a disappointment, after the fanbase generally not responding as positively to it as `Mirage' onwards. I think they delivered gold right from the beginning! `Six Ate' always puts me in a great mood, `Never Let Go' is a stunner as well. Not a bad moment on that disc! Hmmm, I just realised I have barely spun any Camel albums lately.
I would highly recommend their latest live DVD `In From The Cold', where they not only play the new version of `Snow Goose' in it's entirety, but a selection of many other tracks. The playing is faultless, my prog mate and I were watching it, just in awe the whole time. |

Glad to know I'm not the only one. 'Six Ate' is one of my favourites from the album, but most reviews here say it's the worst one 'Arubaluba' is an awesome track too.
Yes, that DVD is from their latest tour, they played here the same setlist in March but I didn't see it
