I've become much less interested in metal than I was a few years ago. Too old? I don't know, Reign in Blood came out before I was born.

Got to admit.  I have been more of a news junkie the last few days.  I had music on sometimes while my TV was cranking, but I cannot remember what I listened to.  Oh yeah.  Just songs, really.  No full albums.  Can't remember.

I'm very picky now when it comes to metal, and Dream Theater is one of the few that I enjoy. Smile

Alas - Alas  (from Argentina - excellent)
Gentle Giant - Octopus 1972 (probably their best)
Nico - Drama of Exile (her band are brilliant on this but her vocals need acres of space which rawk doesn't provide)
Bob Dylan - Planet Waves (never warmed to this critter for some reason)
John Cale - Words for the Dying (much, much better than I remembered)
